Orders & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 2-7 business days. If your package has not arrived after 7 business days, we encourage you to contact us.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $15 USD. Plus, we are currently running a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion on all collections.
My order is delayed, where is it?
99% of our orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, but occasionally delays can occur. If you haven't received your order after the estimated delivery date, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges & Returns
I want to return an item. What do I do?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receiving it to request an exchange or return.
Our full return policy is available on our website.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued to your account within 3 business days.
